Role in the Group
The physical execution arm of the Group — converting investments and engineering designs into completed assets. CONTECH builds ERAM Real Estate developments, delivers VESTRONIS PPP concessions, and integrates APIS technical systems, with community and CSR programmes run together with the Kelmendi Foundation.
