Overview

ERAM Invest is a Prishtina-based corporate finance advisory, capital arrangement and direct investment firm serving corporates, project developers, sponsors and institutional counterparties across the Western Balkans and Central & Eastern Europe.

Its integrated platform combines structured finance advisory, institutional capital access and proprietary investment — giving clients a single senior point of contact for complex transactions, with a minimum ticket of €500K and transaction sizes from €5M to €100M+.

Three Capabilities

• Corporate Finance Advisory — strategic and financial advisory from first model to final close: debt structuring, M&A, private equity, PPP and investment readiness
• Capital Arrangement — accessing debt, mezzanine and equity from DFIs, private credit funds, commercial banks and institutional equity providers
• Principal Investment — deploying its own capital directly into companies and projects, with active ownership and full use of the advisory platform

ERAM Invest holds 70% of the Group's four digital platforms — MERQANTOR (London), CROVESTA (Prishtina), MERCORAX (Netherlands) and NORMLEXA (Kosovo) — alongside Virtual Era (30%). All four are in the founding and development phase.

Role in the Group

The capital-allocation engine and investor interface of the Group — structuring financing for expansion initiatives, arranging capital for AXERENA energy SPVs and VESTRONIS PPP mandates, and connecting Group companies to institutional capital.
